Your primary objective is to develop a vaccine and safeguard the remaining human population from annihilation. By ensuring the continuous operation of the train, you minimize the crew’s exposure to the virus and grant your scientists valuable time to advance their research on the medication. The train can be tailored to suit your requirements, allowing you to determine the number of individuals on board and the quantity of attached train cars. However, bear in mind that managing a larger group presents greater challenges. As humanity’s sole hope, you bear the weight of our last chance for survival.

- From here, choose your preferred platform and select ‘Download Here’ to begin.
- Once Pandemic Train is finished, right click on the .zip (or .rar & .iso) file and select ‘Extract to Pandemic Train’. To extract files use 7-Zip, which you can get from software.
- Open the Pandemic Train folder and run the application to start the game.
