Aether & Iron transports players to an alternate 1930s New York City where anti-gravitational aether technology has reshaped both the skyline and the balance of power. Gameplay merges strategic, turn-based vehicular combat with deep RPG systems. Aether-powered vehicles serve as both transport and weapon, fully customizable to match your approach—favoring speed and agility for evasive playstyles or heavy armor and firepower for direct confrontation. Encounters demand planning and adaptation, with positioning, upgrades, and crew composition all playing critical roles.
Companionship adds further depth, with over 200 fully voiced characters available to recruit. Each brings unique abilities, personalities, and narrative threads that influence both gameplay and story progression. Outside of combat, players engage in exploration, smuggling operations, and social encounters, leveraging skills like Hustle, Smarts, and Brass to navigate the city’s many dangers.
Visually, Aether & Iron stands out with hand-drawn art inspired by 1930s detective comics, paired with full voice acting that reinforces its cinematic tone. How To Install

- From here, choose your preferred platform and select ‘Download Here’ to begin.
- Once the transfer is complete, right click on the .zip (or .rar & .iso) file and select ‘Extract to Aether & Iron’. To extract files use 7-Zip, which you can get from software.
- Open the extracted folder and run the application to start the game.
- Enjoy! Don’t forget to run the game as administrator as it helps prevents crashes and errors. Remember to support the developers if you enjoy the game.
