Obenseuer is a gritty urban survival RPG that puts you in charge of a crumbling, half-finished tenement in a quarantined district cut off from the rest of the city. As a newly appointed property manager with little more than determination and a talent for improvisation, you must restore order to a building that seems determined to fall apart—both structurally and socially.
Manage tenants with conflicting needs, keep utilities barely functioning, and transform neglected spaces into rentable units that generate income. Every repair, upgrade, and decision shapes not only your financial survival but also the fragile ecosystem of the district itself. Resources are scarce, trust is rarer, and every opportunity comes with risk.
Beyond the walls of your tenement lies a mysterious and infamous neighborhood shrouded in secrecy. Investigate its hidden histories, navigate local factions, and uncover what led to its isolation. Through crafting, trading, and clever management, you can turn decay into profit—and perhaps gain control over a place that was never meant to thrive.
How To Install
- Use the links provided below to access the download page.
- From here, choose your preferred platform and select ‘Download Here’ to begin.
- Once the transfer is complete, right click on the .zip (or .rar & .iso) file and select ‘Extract to Obenseuer’. To extract files use 7-Zip, which you can get from software.
- Open the extracted folder and run the application to start the game.
- Enjoy! Don’t forget to run the game as administrator as it helps prevents crashes and errors. Remember to support the developers if you enjoy the game.

Files are provided as-is. Follow the instructions for smooth setup. For better performances, always update your NVIDIA or AMD drivers on your pc. Having issues with launching the game? Try compatibility mode or install missing DirectX updates from Microsoft. Also update the Visual C++ Redistributables Redist Package and don’t forget to run the game as administrator: Right-click the game’s executable file and select “Run as Administrator” to avoid issues.
